Ben's Story

I have been training for just over one year with and have seen my skills in kickboxing, and physical appearance, improve dramatically.

The first day of training with Ignition Fitness was an experience in itself, being in the rain and wind doing punch drills with near to no light. I think everyone from that point on knew things could only get better and it most definitely has.

I have been undertaking Personal Training sessions with Shona and have been amazed with the array of different and alternative exercises that she has under her wing, which have been very effective for my personal physical development. I have been pushed to some extreme lengths by Shona but in turn push my fitness and ability in certain skills to be above all I imagined, and I still continue to improve.

I would recommend Ignition Fitness to anyone wanting to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve their self defence techniques.
